HOW IT WORKS

From application
to your first trip.

    Introduce yourself

    The app’s application asks for your personal details, contact verification and driving information.

  2. 02

    Show us your vehicle

    Add the vehicle details, photos and supporting documents. These help the team review which trip options fit your vehicle.

  3. 03

    Complete the review

    The team reviews your application and can ask for clearer or updated documents. You need approval before accepting trips.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

A little preparation.
A smoother start.

This checklist reflects Laurane’s current application form. Confirm the requirements for your vehicle and service with the driver team.

You and your licence

  • Identity document or passport, profile photo and a clear selfie.
  • Driving licence and its expiry date.
  • Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
  • E-hailing operating licence details and document.

Your vehicle

  • Registration, licence disc and inspection report.
  • Insurance schedule covering e-hailing.
  • Proof of ownership, rental agreement or permission to use the vehicle.
  • Clear exterior and interior photos, plus the required vehicle identification photo.

The application also asks for payout banking details. Submit sensitive documents only through the designated application process; do not send them with a general email enquiry.
