Contact our Information Officer about access to information under PAIA or your personal information under POPIA.
Make a request
Email privacy@laurane.co.za. Describe the records you need and, for a PAIA request, the right you are exercising or protecting. If acting for someone else, explain your authority. Do not send sensitive identity documents in your initial enquiry.
Forms and guidance
The Information Regulator’s PAIA page provides guidance and prescribed forms. Ask our Information Officer for the current Laurane PAIA manual and assistance. Statutory time limits, permitted grounds for refusal and any prescribed fees apply.
Privacy requests
You can request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to lawful retention requirements. Read our privacy notice. If dissatisfied with our response, you may approach the Information Regulator or use other available legal remedies.
